Welcome to YT. You already got some good answers to your questions. My best advice is either buy from a good breeder or go with a Yorkie Rescue if you are determined to have a puppy. Older dogs can sometimes be found at rescues, or an animal shelter. Please read all you can about Yorkies, training and care. I think the more you know about this unique breed the better. Best Wishes
