My fear is the animal rights extremists, PETA, HSUS, ASPCA, who are usually behind the legislation. All breeders are bad in their minds. They won't rest until humans are no longer allowed to own pets.

Its a bit extreme to include ASPCA as rxtremist.
This is backed by PETA and the humane society.
