Try not to let your baby see you get upset or he will get upset too. Also I would make sure if you neighbor doesn't have dogs that her house and fence is puppy proof and you may want to leave something with him that smells like you. You may also want to leave a list of things that are toxic. I left mine once for a week a few years ago and worried about her the whole time so I could never leave her again. Plus she does not eat if I'm not around and that can be a problem with some of her issues.
