Ok so here is yet another issue with one of my babies. Brandi my 6 yr old...She is the one that suffers from seizers which I doubt has anything to do with this resect problem.

Trimming her nails has recently become impossible!! She just freaks out. I never had much of an issue until the past two months. She just goes crazy when I even touch her paws. She wont let me clip her nails. I am always very careful not to put too much pressure on them when I hold her paw to get the right angle. My sister and I both tried to get it done last month and she was just uncontrollable. She wouldn't even let us use the electric nail sander.

I don't know what is going on. The only thing that I can think of that may have changed is when she and another of my Yorkies had a little tiff and Brandi got her paw bit. It was a minor bite but still a bite. Other than that, I am at a loss.

What can I do to get her nail clipped?

I took a genital approach with her and handled her with very delicate hands s I do all my pups, but still she was having nothing to do with it. I cant let this go on much more, they are over grown and need done soon.

Anyone dealt with this issue before and if so how do you deal with getting them clipped? Any thaughts ....
