I can't get the (bad word) cotton to stay in their either. And it is an issue because Margaux has such BIG ears! Instead of pouring with a glass or spraying I got a big bath sponge and that seems to be working for us. You can control the water better. She doesn't seem to mind it as much around her eyes as well.
