Vet called to check on Callie today my Grandma is the one who spoke to her because me and Callie were napping
Radiologist that came in and looks at all there x-rays said that there is a slight chance it could have been a shadow and not CT but because she had done the honking Vet still feels pretty sure it was CT and radiologist said heart looks good. Vet also said to my Grandma how good a dog mommy I am and if Callie seems lethargic or anything to bring her back and we will check her thyroid which they did last year and it was not what it was supposed to be but further testing showed it was ok. I hope this doesn't sound dumb but is it possible for her thyroid to be swollen and pushing on her trachea causing the coughing? Callie is acting better and playing which makes me so happy. I may decide to have her thyroid tested again at her yearly check up next month not sure gonna try and do some more reading about the thyroid and if anyone has any links or info about the thyroid I would be very thankful for that.
