I belonged to a gym years ago...lost 67 lbs and had toned up! didn't look too bad for a 40 yr old woman with 2 kids! (if I don't mind saying so myself! LOL). It's expensive to join a gym now...And I would much rather do it at home at my convenience. AND...I'm probably going to look like a fish out of water for a while! LOL..
