I did read geranium oil was a good one as well...I haven't had to use it on them yet...I usually spray they harnesses ,,.,let it dry a bit before putting it on them,..we didn't have any problems with fleas OR ticks on our vacation,,haven't had a chance to use it on myself yet either,....
