We just had Liver shunt Surgery on Friday with removal of stones.
He has been on the medication and diet for about 5 months and was doing 10 times better. Unfortanetly he got a blockage and had to do surgery right away. Also Agreeing that isnt off the charts at all brutus was like 350 and then 420 or something. At his age it could be microvascular dysplasia they say it comes out around that age. I was just told today that his liver biopsy came back with dysplasia and they have to wait 3 months and redo the bile acids. In the meantime He has to stay on the l/d diet and his meds. I feed him the l/d and then take another can of blue buffalo and put about a tablespoon in and mix it all up and he eats that just fine. |
