Hi
I have found it to be a lot easier to do any grooming after giving my dogs some good exercise. After playing fetch or after a walk they are more cooperative and willing to sit still.
If all else fails, I have one of the kids hold up a spoon with some peanut butter on it while I do what I need to do.
