 My Yorkie is afraid of other dogs!
My little yorkie is 9 months old and is afraid of other dogs! She was ok with dogs when she was younger and then another yorkie got really aggressive and tried to bite her face (luckily I grabbed Ellie in time).
I have her in obedience classes and she is just terrified of all the other dogs. The only dog I have found that she is okay with is my brother's shih tzu and she has been around him since I got her, however, that dog doesn't like her!
I just don't know how to get her to be okay with other dogs. When we go near them she turns to me and starts to jump and won't stop until I pick her up and hold her. I want to get another dog when she is year old but now I don't think that is a good idea! |
