It's a shame that you and your puppy have experienced so much trauma. I agree that you should go to sites, like Puppyfind where the 'breeder' lists puppies and leave a review. Unfortunately, if you purchased a puppy from out of state, it may be difficult to track the breeder down & get recourse.

For what it's worth, I'd send the breeder the bill and ask that she pay for it.

If this is a one time, 2 yorkies got together and then there were some puppies, I'd say you may have to just let it go. However, if that lady is selling pups regularly then you should speak up about it.
