The first thing I would do is put the word out about her. If you go to Google, you can find a bunch of places to post your opinion. I have also seen people post about "bad breeders" here on Yorkie Talk. I pray your baby will be OK. If you can help anyone else from buying a puppy from her, it would be wonderful.
I would have had the "greeder" pay for at least PART of the vet bill if not ALL of it. You also, I suspect have learned not to buy a puppy from a back yard breeder. It is a heck of a lesson to have to learn and an expensive one also.
I got Zachary from a good breeder. He was the only puppy I have EVER gotten that had no fleas, worms or earmites when I brought him home.
