Truthfully, if I were you, I would home-cook for her. This may not work for you, as home cooking is not for every dog owner.
As a general rule, I would use a recipe that's:
50% protein (like chicken)
25% carbs (like rice or oats)
25% veggies
Also, I would add supplements of fish oil, coconut oil, and vitamin and mineral powder (to fill in any nutritional gaps).
Additionally, I would brush her coat daily, and give her weekly baths with gentle products.
