I use the Spa Fresh facial scrub, it's the blueberry and vanilla variety. I do like it, the scent is wonderful, cleans well and doesn't sting their eyes. I don't know that it cleans tear stains any better than other products but because of the scent and it's tear-free formula, I use it.
