I had the shivering goosebumps after reading this story.
We have black widows here. I take a flashlight around the backyard at night every so often and kill any I see.
I've noticed lately that the heat has brought out the regular kind in the the house lately. I watched my husband climb on a stool 2 nights ago to hit one on the ceiling...it fell, who knows where and hubby got hurt in the process...I was laughing so hard, trying not to laugh because he got hurt, and then laughing some more.
