I have the IPad 3 and I have the wifi only. I like the IPad as far as Internet browsing and some of the apps. I can sit in my recliner and it is light weight. I also take it with me to workshops and such. Every where I go has wifi so I didn't see a need for the added data expense. I think getting the extra depends on where you go and what you want to do with it. I could not justify the extra expense for my needs.

I have to agree with Lisa about the picture posting. I did finally figure it out but in my opinion it is a pain. It is easier for me to get on my laptop and post the pictures.

I think as far as convinence the IPad is great! But there are a few things you have to get used to. I also got the apple wireless keyboard for long typing. It makes it better in my opinion and was only about $65.
