And YES I eat them.  We don't really waste anything either. We love the collars and the head. My hubby is cutting up sashimi pieces as we speak.
I'm going to try and make home made tuna salad tomorrow. I don't know why I never did that but I assume it should be awesome!

Personally with fish that fresh, I wouldn't have ever thought of making tuna salad either! Only sashimi, sushi, or poke. Unless of course you mean a salad with tuna sashimi on top!
