I hope your little one gets better, poor baby!!! So much for her little body to fight
It's entirely possible that she has a UTI. At least get on the phone to the vet and explain to them what's going on. It would be good to ask if the antibiotic she's on now would also take care of any UTI, or if she'd need something different. They'll probably want you to come on in with her, since she's so young, but a phone call could help ease your mind, at least.
