Poor baby
Your post makes me think about investing in some doggie stairs for my bedroom.
If it were me, I would try to hold her as much as possible. A pet sling might be a good investment if you don't already have one. I use mine all the time. I know that's not really "entertaining and/or playing" with her. But at least you'd be giving her attention. Also, maybe you could try some kind of chew toy? That way she wouldn't have to move. She could just sit in one place & chew.
