I am sitting here absolutely dying for some fine, well-made, rich Key Lime Pie, served so cold and tangy and disgustingly sweet it will make my tongue curl and my eyes water!!!! A dollop of thick, heavy whipped cream on top with the curly zest of a lime right atop
a la folie. Served on a chilled, razor thin bone china plate drizzled with darkest, sultriest chocolate or tart lemon sauce and a little lime-filled chocolate nestled beside. Heaven on a hot summer's evening beside the lake or prairie.
