Sorry to hear about Callie, but hopefully she will do fine. I had a male years ago that was diagnosed with CT and and enlarged heart at 5 and did fine. He wasn't on any medicines. He lived to be almost 13 and died of kidney failure. I also had Gracie who had a severely CT diagnosed at 5. She was on medicine for 1 1/2 years but their was too much strain on her other organs and she sadly passed at 6 1/2. But hers was severely collapsed in her thoracic area and surgery wasn't an option. It sounds like Callie's is mild like Zorro's and will hopefully live a full life. It is important to keep their weight down. Gracie would get bad episodes brought on by her fear of thunder so stress does play in to it. I will keep her in my prayers.
