Actually usually its bigger dogs we see paddleboarding
the board is quite stable and is a lot of fun. Im pretty sure a 130 pound dog can go on but its more balancing for ou than anything. A lot of people start out at a lake usually where you can rent the big surfboard and paddle made for paddle boarding and when you get better at it and have practice many people like to do it on the ocean. im sre you can go on Yelp.com and see if theres anywhere nearby that does it.
