I used to want a pet lizard when I was a kid. If I had one now I'd dress it up like Rango. I did keep one for a while. I caught him with my hands and kept him in a little metal box until I let him go after I realized I had to feed it bugs. He was so small, only about 3". The one that I caught in my old room at my dad's house was over 12" long. After the cats ate off his tail he was like 4" LOL.
