Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I just picked Julius up. He was very happy to see me. After the vet explained the post op discharge instructions to me, he was in my arms..the whole way home he slept on my lap in the backseat which I normally don't do, but given the circumstances I couldn't let him go. I am planning on keeping him in his x pen for the next 24 hours. He tries to walk but is still groggy from the anestheia. Doesn't seem to be in much pain, but is shaking. He is sleeping now and the vet says that will be normal for the next couple of hours. Oh....and he only had to have his 1 Canine tooth pulled...Doc said that the other 2 have fallen out. Yay!
