He looks yorkie to me. People often think if its not tiny it can't be a yorkie and that is very much not true there are many many bigger yorkies. Yorkies were originally bigger then they are now. Mine is 16 pounds and I love it. Also please be careful walking him if he doesn't have all of his shots.
