i have to say he looks like a yorkie to me.
i dont know why someone would he is too big.
4 pounds @ 4 months old is tiny.
my oscar was 4 pounds at 12 weeks and now at almost 1 year old he is only 7 1/2 pounds and he looks so tiny to me.
