That is very sad, what happened, but I wanted to say to you that that is red flags, to me. Something is up with that breeder, it cold be a genetic issue or anything making her puppies ill and die. I agree with others on here, try and find a reputable breeder somebody else. Get your deposit back and just tell her you and hubby decided to look around for other breeders, that is totally your choice, For me ,I would not feel comfortable anymore with that breeder. I could be wrong, but it is worth checking into other breeders who have healthy, robust litters, too many dying puppies is never a good sign.
