Question Switching to Adult Food

My male Japanese Chin, Sir Yumble, is almost a year old. Once he is done with the bag of dry food I have now (Origen puppy), I will be switching him to adult food. Yumble is 13 pounds and his half sister, Yoshi, is 7 1/2. Yoshi has a lot of health issues, severe underbite, poor vision and luxating patellas so she gets soft food all the time because she can't chew dry (she is almost 2).

Yumble has a cast iron stomach. He has never had loose stools from any food and the Origen Puppy is tolerated well. Any suggestions about what to switch him too? I buy only the best for my 6 furbabies as I believe that if you feed them the right food as youong dogs, you will have less health problems as they get older. I have heard Evo is good but have never tried it.

TIA,
Louise
