This really calls for a vet to diagnose. All of our "guessing" will not help him.

It could be anything, shaking is a symptom of pain, it could be an intestinal obstruction from something swallowed (like a bone chip, piece of plastic, rawhide chew, etc.), or constipation, or other tummy distress, or from pain in other areas. Dogs do have a high tolerance for pain, and the shaking is a symptom that something is wrong. It could be something as simple as an insect bite or as serious as a liver shunt.

Again, only a vet can tell you for sure.
