Hi everyone, first post here but was hoping that someone may have had a similar experience, to say the least my girlfriend And I are devastated and at a loss for words.
Yesterday morning when we woke up we found our 8 month old male yorkie Buckley dead at the end of our bed, asleep in his usual spot as normal
. The day before (Friday) he was completely normal, full of energy, and wanting to play. He went on a walk and played fetch, no abnormal behavior. Even up until we went to bed he was completely normal with no behavior to suggest anything was wrong. We have searched the bedroom to see if there was anything he could have gotten into and there's nothing. It looks as if he fell asleep and never woke up. If anybody has any similar stories or explanations it would be incredibly helpful. My girlfriend and I are truly devastated. For only having Buckley a short time he was such an important part of our lives...
