Callie had a bump like that around her shoulders and the vet checked it out for me and called it something (sorry can't remember what) but was going to aspirate it and check it to ease my mind but it moved to to much and she could not get it. Then she had a harder bump on her neck that has been aspirated and every thing and is just a bump. I would still have your vet look at it but I bet its nothing.
