I understand and can relate to what you are saying. With each one of my girls, I always thought that I could not love them more, but then with each passing day, my love continued to grow to love even more . Even when Ashley had dementia, and she had changed a lot from how she had been in the past (not totally, because she was still very loving and responsive with us), we grew even more hopelessly in love with her, and we did not ever want to leave her side. Katie has been with us now for about ten weeks, and I am so madly in love with my baby girl, and my husband is also just as enchanted with her. There is nothing that he wouldn't do to keep her healthy and happy. Give it time, and the beautiful love that you have for Rosie will grow even deeper than now. I'm really glad that she brings you such joy.
