My yorkie is now 10 weeks old and out of the blue....i find a little bump, the size of a mini grape on the back of his bottom neck. It is soft, kind of moves around if i push it with my finger, doesn't seem to hurt him because i pressed it a couple times and he doesn't react at all. Please, any advice would be helpful

We will go to the vet to go check it out very soon, but wanted to see if I could get some help here also.
