loll I read ur post & read the op's post again...it's for people, not a dog treat so it won't have any ethoxyquin in it! But I agree w/capt_noonie, too much preservatives & sodium in smoked salmon.
If I happen to get fresh salmon, I just cook some for the fur butts w/out any seasoning or salt, just plain, they love it!
