I too would urge you to go see the vet. 24hrs of non weight bearing on one leg does mean something.

There are a few breeds I am pretty cautious of; and the Bulldog is almost number one on my list. I have had three bulldogs, act aggressive to my big boy, and one was an all out attack!. Thankfully neither myself, nor the bulldog owner used flexileads!

I would like to urge all dog owners not to WALK their dog on a flexilead. The handle is inappropriate for restraint, and most folks fumble around trying to figure out if the lead is "out" in the locked position or not. Flexileads, do have a use, and that is in a secure environment when you are training come/recall, and want to let your dog go out 10/15/20 feet ahead of you.
