O see you are in England, arent your required to do so there unless you get a breeders license?
At this point she is 5setting and if not already spayed she is at high risk for bacterial infections that can lead to multiple types of cancers.
Honestly there is NO reason to not to permitting she can go under and the surgery doesnt pose a risk due to any health issues.
Ot but her tail appears docked...?
