I think if eating, drinking and pooping is normal, just keep to the schedule your vet told you and go back for the follow up as scheduled. similar thing happened with Uni. I brought her in for severe itching from flea allergy. After the initial steriod shot and meds, she was still itchy for the follow up. I let the doc know I wasn't happy with how she was fairing and they tried something else, just like in people. Not the best imo but that's how it works.

So go back on the scheduled follow up and let the Doc know your concerns. Hope Callie feels better soon.
