I put very hot or sometimes boiling water over Tibbe's kibble and then stir it up to encourage the broth to form, let it cool and by that time he's clamoring for it from all of the smells(yeah, I know - yuck!) going through the house. If I want to really give him a treat, I add some canned version of the same food to the bowl. He just loves the combo.
