my Emy who I've had for a month, who is 15 weeks is just now getting the idea of peeing on the potty pad, she did the same thing, when she would start to go somewhere else I would try to pick her up and put her on the potty pad, and she would just stop what she was doing, so I had the same problem you have in that respect, but now when she goes over to the potty pad and as she is peeing I say "potty for a treat" and after she's done she runs over to where I keep the treats and waits for one. This has worked everytime now for a couple days, not for poohing though, I can't seem to get her to pooh and pee on the same pad. I give her the grain free Soft Buddy Biscuits, and she loves them, I also give her Zuke's soft chicken treats. She has no problem with her appetite though...Good Luck. |
