I have never had to use one, but do you have one of those doc-in-the-box ER clinics near you? Probably just about anybody with an M.D. or D.O. license could help you with this if it and might be cheaper than a full-blown E.R. You want to be sure it doesn't start to get infected so look for very warm, raised areas and/or red streaking running up the body from the itchy areas, blisters or swelling or if you start to feel flu-like or nauseated.
