Toby is the same exact way he is almost 7 months old now. I thought Toby was the only one. His hair is exactly like this and I have the same problem with the greasy looking coat also. I use yorkie splash and shine and feed him grain free Fromm with salmon and vegetables. I have been wondering what would cause this also.
