Prep work is the BEST job...you can taste test all the ingredients.
Yup that is his title grill master/imu pit boss.
I always
at him when someone else is grilling because he wants to take over so bad. He complains about how they are doing everything wrong. I wouldn't mind either cause he perfected the art. He's also awesome at smoking meats and fish! hmmmm... I think we need to do that soon again.
It's a wonder i'm not twice my size! LOL
