The flea pill part of trifexis is the same ingredient as comfortis. We don't use trifexis because it is cheaper for us to buy comfortis one size up and split it in half since we have 2 dogs. If we only had one dog to give it to we probably would use it. Right now we pay $25.20 for a box of Heartgard Plus and $15 for a Comfortis pill.
