I recently switched over from sentinel to the trifexis. I guess sentinel had some quality control problems so we went with the trifexis at the urging of our vet. We don't have a flea problem, but if we ever do go somewhere and get an infestation it will be nice knowing they will die right away.
One thing our vet warned us about Trifexis is that nausea is a side affect. If your dog vomits the pill up within 30 minutes the company will refund or replace it and it is important to give it with food to help. We have not had any problems with nausea though.
