Welcome to Yorkietalk! I agree with what Rhonda said above. Also, if you do decide to homecook and purchase a diet and the required supplements, you may have to process Molly's food all together so she cannot pick out what she doesn't like ( I have to do this with my girls.)
If Molly is getting grumpy when groomed, could it be that she is matted? Matting hurts to be brushed out

and is generally uncomfortable on the skin.
I would get a good detangling spray and/ or deep conditioner and try to work through the knots before giving her a good bath. Take it slowly and she should do alright.
