I love pancakes, but will never use bisquick for them again-too darn heavy, they're like bricks! I usually do use a mix, though.
Honestly, we do more waffles around here-theyre a bit quicker and easier not to screw up. (Plus, they're Sir's favorite.) I usually throw whatever berries we have on hand in the mix,,,they get all plump and explode when they're cooked
