 Trifexis pill for fleas
I went to get Charlies monthly flea treatment from the vet (which has been advantage for the last few months) and while I was there, the receptionist mentioned the Trifexis pill. She said it was really good and also prevents heartworm and works within 30 minutes. I was hesitant at first because of the heartworm part. I wasn't sure if I felt comfortable with what ever medicine prevented the heartworm being given on a monthly basis. So I asked the vet and he also recommended and said it was very safe and the amount that the pill contains is safe. So I went ahead and tried it. I am really happy with it. I just got his second pill yesterday. The first one was about two months ago. But it really does knock the fleas right off and you don't have to worry about scheduling bathing around treatments or anything.
Is anyone else using this medicine to prevent fleas or anything else?
I did an internet search as well and didn't find anything bad about it either. |
