I wonder if any of the latest diet things are safe for me though, since I'm diabetic (type 2)? I need to lose a good 20 lbs, that would make it easier to control my sugar, that's certain.

Diabetes runs rampant in my family, so I'm always getting tested, and always watching my weight. The maintaining is so hard, especially with my husband and I being on such a strict food budget. Let's face it, fatty foods are cheaper.
Anywho, I'll keep you updated! I will say, it kept me full and motivated today. Not like a caffeine high type motivation, but I was able to go without my coffee.
