Ha, no, I'm still planning to get in shape real soon and will need the the trailer then. Actually, I've used it for its intended purpose -- mountain bike overnights -- more recently. It holds up to 75 pounds and can handle rough terrain. I love it. I've never used paniers. I like the idea of towing the weight instead of carrying it. Comes with a large waterproof bag.

It's called a B.O.B. trailer if you want to Google it. Kinda pricey. I've got the cheaper version with no shocks.
